How much water does the body need?
The question of the amount of water that the body needs is one of those things that people basically ask so that they can figure out whether or not they are drinking enough water to sustain their lives. There are a lot of things that you need to know about these beverages, and the most important of them all is that they greatly contribute to your dehydration. The reason for this is because things like coffee contain caffeine which only serves to dehydrate the system instead of adding more water to your system.
