From experience I came to realize that the more personal an individual’s motivational factors are, the easier it is for them to benefit in terms of an increased determination and the more driven they will be to make sure that they succeed in the long run. If your motivating factors are personal enough or they have a personal goal behind them, it will feel like you are working hard with someone right behind you, spurring you on and encouraging you to keep working harder until you get there.
As you design your goals it is important to note that they must always have a completion date. This is the main difference between dreams and goals. Dreams can be indefinite, you might never know when you might be able to achieve them or see them come true. However on the other hand goals must have a date by which they should be achieved. You must be working towards the goals in a manner such that you must achieve them and outline the penalties or challenges that you have to deal with if you do not get there. Finally, you will have to make sacrifices. There are things in your life that you must change if you really want to succeed, from your diet to your lifestyle. Note them down and start working from there.
