What this does is that you will have saved yourself a lot of time every other day of the week which you would have spent in cooking.

Reducing the amount of time that you spend in the gym will certainly go a long way in helping you cut down on the amount of time that you normally would have spent in there, and saving more time for other activities. You can even get more time to sleep as long as you can use your gym time effectively. To save more time, you can start by increasing the intensity of your workouts. Along with this, you will also need to reduce the intervals through which you rest so that you can achieve more in a shorter time.

You can also reduce the amount of time that you spend in the gym through the use of super sets. Besides, this is one of the best ways of increasing the intensity of your workout session, while at the same time shocking the muscle with your overload capacity.

It goes without saying that you should cut out all that idle talk in the gym, or just tone it down a bit. Everyone else in the gym did come in to work out, not to listen to your amazing stories. You can do that when grabbing a meal or later on whenever convenient, but not in the gym.
