Fish and mercury poisoning
Fish is a very good meal especially for someone who is working out harder to boost their body size and to make sure that they are able to maintain a proper body shape. There are nutritionists who concur that when you are eating fish more times every other week, you will be able to ensure that you live healthily. In as much as you are able to do this, chances are high that you probably do not know all there is to eating fish. All of these are things that we can avoid by simply making sure that we only get to eat the right amount of fish and not too much.
