Easely make your favourite protein quiche recipe?

The interesting thing about quiches is the fact that it is one of the easiest low-car dishes with which you can enjoy your egg meals at any given time. Your breakfast cannot be any healthier than this. If you are still having plain toast triangles and jam over breakfast, you really need to rethink your breakfast menu. Forget about the oatmeal, omelettes, and the pancakes, and for a minute think about what you really want to eat, what you are bringing into your body system and how this will benefit you in the long run. Your breakfast should be protein packed to give you enough energy to last the rest of the day. Well, this is why you need the protein quiche.

The protein quiche is one of the easiest ways through which you can enjoy the golden crust with some of your favourite fillings. It does not matter whether you like it savoury or sweet, you will certainly love the quiche. Besides, with the quiche you can really get to appreciate everything there is to an egg than ever before. In as much as the quiche is one awesome meal, there is a healthier alternative that I really loved and would certainly share with everyone in the world. In this alternative I replace the traditional butter-filled crust with a better alternative, healthier to say the least.

To make this healthy crust, I only used three ingredients; white eggs, almonds and unflavoured protein powder. This is not the end of it either, I played around with the seasoning, adding in salt, white pepper, paprika and onion granules to spice things up a bit. Well, if it almost sounds like it tastes, then you really are on the right track too.  Next I combined egg whites, smoked salmon and cilantro together and used the mixture to fill the quiche. These ingredients might sound so ordinary to any other individual, but for someone who is keen on building their body mass, these ingredients are magical. Their nutritional value and calories that they bring to your body are just what you need to get to the gym and work hard.

Just as I finished off the quiche, three mascarpone dollops did the trick and I was done. How can I describe it; delicious, amazing, healthy, incredibly awesome, I can run out of words to describe what the quiche looked like, or even the taste. However, one thing for sure is that if you try it, you will be lost for words too. You can easily make this on your own and turn your conventional quiche into one of the healthiest meals you ever made. The best thing about it is that it is so easy you will wonder why you never knew about it at all. It only takes you 15-25 minutes during the baking process and you will have a healthy quiche well cooked and ready for serving.
