Without water we would basically be dead and the world would not exist. As a bodybuilder you need to understand that anything the average person does to survive you need to do it more than they do, or much better than they do. As a matter of fact the soft drinks will only go so far as draining more water from the body. Considering that things like coffee are diuretics, they will basically be draining more water from you in the long run.
