The beauty of these short term goals is that when you achieve them you will be able to feel so good about it, and you will be more motivated every other week to keep working hard to get there. Some of the things that you can achieve in a few days include changing your eating patterns, gaining strength, losing or gaining weight and so forth. You can also change the percentage of body fat you have in a few days if you have a good working plan. When you look closer at some of these goals, you can realize that they do go a long way in helping you achieve your long term goals.

Rome was not built in a day, but you can always marvel at the magnificence that exudes from the city. The same applies to your body. You have to realize the importance of the small steps that you are making, and appreciate why you need to take them.
