Planning should start right before the summer season is on, proceed through it and continue after it as you adjust into a new training or fitness regime. Remember that when you choose to be a bodybuilder, you have to also choose to live the lifestyle. There are no two ways about this, and whether you like it or not, there are no shortcuts either.

When we say that you should get some snacks, this does not mean that you look for anything that you can simply bite when you are idle. Snacks are supposed to be foods that supplement your real diet, not fun foods or enjoyment foods. Therefore you have to make sure that you get the healthy ones.
