There are lots of vegetables that you need to consider, or at times you can also look into the fruits to make sure that you can at least find something different from what you are used to and still manage to live healthily after all. Remember that by the end of the day it is all about making sure that you are eating healthy food and not that you are trying to stop eating something in particular.
For someone who is trying so much to make sure that they are at least eating something good, you need to try as much as you can to ensure that you do not get bored with whatever it is that you are eating. Of course there are lots of fruits and vegetables out there, so when you feel like you are getting bored of broccoli, you can as well try eating kale, spinach and a host of other vegetables that are all packed with richness and nutritious value to your diet and see you live healthily for longer.
