So much has been said about weight training, especially the fact that it can really change your life. When you are serious about weigh training, you can rest assured that you will have the chance to get whichever type of body that you want, and apart from that you will also be in a good position to get stronger. If you want a lean body, well-toned and muscular, weight training is the way to go for you. Being a personal trainer I normally get thousands of questions from customers and clients on what they need to do, how they need to do it and so forth. I get questions all the time on phone, through emails and all other avenues possible. Some people even approach me in person and ask me what they should do to become better.
Of all the questions that I get, some can be very easy to answer but some normally require a lot of thought before you can give a definitive answer. This is after taking into consideration that some of those who come to me with questions have either been working out for so long and they need affirmation, some of them are working with other trainers and they still need to ascertain whether or not they are doing the right thing, while others also spend so much time trying to learn a thing or two about bodybuilding so they have myriads of questions that they would love to have answered. Even after I have tried my best to answer all the questions that are shot at me like missiles, one question always manages to come right when I think they are done with the questions; why weight training?
For a fact a lot of people are afraid of weights. Ladies in particular normally want to try and avoid it as much as they can. The reason for this is because in their perception, weight training will lead to a body that is so muscular, looks like a guy and in their minds, so ugly. This is a backward way of looking at things, and one thing for sure is that there is so much more to weight training than meets the eye. So many things have changed, life is not what it used to be back in the day, and as long as you know what you are looking for and how you want to get there, rest assured that training weights will be one of the most important things that you might want to do.
The important thing about working weights with a trainer, and I always advise those who are just learning about it that they must have a trainer is because your trainer understands the body better than you do. Because of this they are in a better position to send you in the right direction. Take some time and think about it, if you can really moderate your weight training the way you love to. The only way through which you can avoid the muscles that ladies believe to be ugly is to work with a professional.
