Seems the only source of protein you can get these days is the healthy kind of meat you have to get from the supermarket and cook yourself.Overall Evaluation
I typically try to stay away from the fast food poison which really limits my protein intake. Anyways, I've used this everyday to supplement any missing or insufficient protein taken from my diet. If you not big on protein drinks, amino acids are the next best thing since you don't always get all the amino acids from everyday food. This is a great deal at a great price.
