Directions of Use

Depending on your individual protein needs, mix 1 to 3 level scoops of IntraPro (Using 6 to 8 oz. of water per scoop)in a shaker of blender, or simply stir into water with a spoon. For maximum results, drink IntraPro 2 to 4 times a day.

    Overall Evaluation

    Tthis is by far the best tasting protein on da market!!! its like drinking a chocolate milkshake. its even beter than the myofusion chocolate flavor. i have tried dymatize, five star and others. nothing comes close so if you have tried protein shake but they just sat full in your cupboard because of bad taste than this is the one that wont last 2 weeks cuz it will be consumed. love this stuff!!!!
