The first time a friend of mine gave me a cup of this protein, I didn't believe him that it was a protein shake! It tastes that good. Mixes easy with out clumping. If mixed with water, it does not induce bloating like cheap protein does. When mixed with milk, it makes a very thick, but consistent shake. I ordered a tub of this stuff about a month ago, after being impressed with gaspari's superpump max. Being someone who burns through 2,000 calories a day doing almost nothing I needed a product that easily gave me the extra calories I needed between meals.
