Overall Evaluation i've had this stomach gas since quite a few months and i thought swallowing 11 tabs would ruin it more. but i was amazed it had no side effects but actually made me feel better and i now spend more time at gym .. (Posted on 5/1/12)

Overall Evaluation the vitamin though big and kinda hard to swallow are of high quality.....after taking the vitamins your energy level boosts...and everything feels better. i have made great gains useing animal pak and 100% whey protein powder..i suggest that combo to anyone who is trying to put on lean muscle (Posted on 1/6/12)

Overall Evaluation Ok. If your thinking about buying Animal Pack think of this. You don't need to take 2 packs a day. 1 is accually perfect. But if you take 2 be careful on Vitamin A OVERDOSE! Serious stuff. Also, if your lifting hardcore and want to see results plus not get as sore... Animal pack is what your needing. (Posted on 1/6/12)

Overall Evaluation I usually take just one pack a day with a very tall glass of water after breakfast. You definitely will want to take this with food and PLENTY of water. One thing you will notice after taking this, your body will want water and lots of it.
I recommend taking this early in the day after a big breakfast. Drink plenty of fluids! Also, unless you are working out for hours and hours, fitness trainers I know recommend just 1 pack per day. (Posted on 1/6/12)
