After workouts, a fast-digesting (high-glycemic) carb is one of the most critical nutrients to ingest. Fast carbs are necessary to replenish the muscle glycogen that you burned during the workout as quickly as possible.*
- Research confirms that working out for as little as 30 minutes can deplete muscle glycogen levels by more than 40%. Intense workouts lasting 60-90 minutes would deplete muscle glycogen levels considerably more.

- I love Post JYM carb fruit punch flavor mixed with Post JYM Active Matrix right after my workout. It's such a quick, easy, delicious way to replenish your glycogen stores after you workout. It tastes amazing, just like you're drinking actual fruit punch. It takes the pressure off trying to find the perfect thing to eat immediately post workout. I just drink it and then eat a meal an hour later. Being able to drink it right when I finish working out allows me to have the time to shower and do what I need to do before worrying about actually making something to eat which is a little more time consuming than mixing some powder with water. It simplifies my life and I know my body's getting what it needs to help me get the best results from the workout I just did. I love the JYM supplement line.

- Sad to know the only difference between this and other unflavored DEXTROSE powders is the taste. Other than that, the product does deliver, but this product is extremely overpriced. If you're looking for quick glycogen replenishment without the taste, you're better off with plain Dextrose powders.

- Mix 1 scoop of active matrix with 1 scoop of fast carb and 1-2 scoops of vanilla JYM Pro. Tastes amazing and is the best recovery shake available. No GI side effects.

- Great product to add with Post Jym matrix to spike insulin and shuttle creatine into your system faster post workout. Help restore muscle glycogen levels and tastes great. Mixes very well in a shaker bottle.

Great product and easily mixable

- we all need our dextrose following a tough workout and one way to ensure your getting what you need is all contained in this product. At first I wasn't taking any Dextrose or maybe a few Gummy bears following the workout, but my grandkids keep taking them. I contacted Doctor Jim Stoppani via social media and got educated more extensively through articles concerning Dextrose. I have been using this product since and once again Label...label..label it all there on what I'm taking. Great product and easily mixable with my post workout...Thanks Doc

Mix 1 scoop of Post JYM Fast-Digesting Carb into 16-32 oz. water within 30 minutes after workouts. For endurance athletes, mixing one to two scoops of Post JYM Fast-Digesting Carb in water can be used to sip on during prolonged exercise for energy and hydration.
