I have been using dymatize glutamine for four months and the results are great, my skin looks beautiful, skin conditions are a sign of leaky gut. I started seeing results after one week of using less than a 1/8 of a teaspoon (about 400mg - 500 mg) dissolved in a glass of water 3 times a day in between meals (an hour and a half to 2 hours after a meal or 30 minutes to an hour before a meal).

Before I started taking glutamine I did some research, and found out that it gave acne to some people, constipation is another thing that could happen, I haven't experienced any side effects, I read that glutamine gets rid of excess ammonia in the body through the liver, so I guess that, if you have an overburdened liver that might lead to breakouts, I take milk thistle so that my liver function is fine, and drink more water to flush out the toxins and avoid constipation.
