Overall Evaluation Seems the only source of protein you can get these days is the healthy kind of meat you have to get from the supermarket and cook yourself.
I typically try to stay away from the fast food poison which really limits my protein intake. Anyways, I've used this everyday to supplement any missing or insufficient protein taken from my diet. So far, it's been working well and I feel great! (Posted on 1/10/12) -
