Overall Evaluation Like so many, I'm trying to lose those last 10 lb. I started implementing his strategy of protein, carb, fat into 5 small meals. So this packs a good punch for a low amount of calories and isn't some ridiculous 6oz serving. The taste is pretty good, but like some others have mentioned, has a bit of a chalky bite to it.
