First off, I recommend Amino 1 to anyone who is serious about working out. Amino 1 is great for recovery, much like glutamine or whey protein supplements. I've had the cherry limeade, Fruit Punch, and now this orange mango.Overall Evaluation
I like the results I get from Amino 1, as always. However, I would recommend cherry limeade over any other flavor. I got this version because it was on discount, so keep an eye open for what matters most."

I was using the fruit punch flavor before and this is so much better tasting. I am not sure how effective it is as an pre workout supplement but i do think it helps make my muscles less sore after workout.Overall Evaluation
