I use to to believe a multi was just a multi until i did a little further investigating. Turns out many mutlis use cheap forms of vitamins especially when it comes to vitamin B12. I started taking armor v since it uses the the form your body needs which is methylcobalamin. If your vitamin uses cynacobalimin throw it out and get something that uses the better form. the cheap stuff causes your body to break that form down and it leaves cyanide in your body.... who wants that. Armor V has been great, it really makes me feel good through out the dayOverall Evaluation
