| Directions of Use | Take one serving (3 capsules) with an 8 oz. glass of water twice daily. MORNING: Take three (3) capsules with 8 ounces of water 30-45 mins before breakfast. AFTERNOON: Take three (3) capsules with 8 ounces of water 30-45 mins before lunch. Drink a minimum of 1 gallon of water per day while on Shred Matrix. *Shred Matrix should not be taken within 6 hours before bed.
Warnings: Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus and may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty in swallowing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention. Not intended for use by persons under age 18. Do not exceed recommended dose. Do not consume synephrine or caffeine from other sources, including but not limited to, coffee, tea, soda and other dietary supplements or medications containing phenylephrine or caffeine. Contains caffeine. Do not use for more than 8 weeks. Consult with your physician prior to use if you are pregnant or nursing, or if you are taking medication, including but not limited to MAO Inhibitors (MAOI), antidepressants, aspirin, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or products containing phylephrine, ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, or other stimulants. Consult your physician prior to use if you have a medical condition, including but not limited to, heart, liver, kidney, or thyroid disease, psychiatric or epileptic disorders, difficulty urinating, diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, recurrent headaches, enlarged prostate or glaucoma. Discontinue 2 weeks prior to surgery or if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headache or shortness of breath. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. |

I used this to try to go from 8% BF to 5% with consistent workout 5 days a week but it had little effect on me. I wish I could say it helped me get to a lower percentage but even with a healthy diet I didn't see any results.Overall Evaluation

If you think that you can just take this product and lose weight then you're wrong. I've only been using this for a week and I can already notice changes. Have lost 14 pounds since start of the 8 week cycle. I notice I sweat a lot more than usual Also I notice I have to force myself to eat it kills cravings and I don't have a appetite. Great Product.. !Overall Evaluation
