The FDA's nutrition grade A to F rates this product at C. I was a bit disappointed when I opened the bottle and saw the size of the scoop because I then realized that @ 5 scoops per serving, if I used 2 servings per day as my usual regime requires this 5 lb bottle will be done in about 8 days. The size of the scoop and the amount of scoops makes the value questionable so if you are on a tight budget, modify the servings. I will modify the servings to 2.5 scoops per day twice a day and use skim milk and add some other ingredients to stretch it out. This blends very easily in the blender and there are no chunks or pieces non-blended.It does taste very very good in milk and is not too thick with 2.5 scoops. I like the fact that it is low in sugar and cholesterol. Hopefully, this stuff will help me brake through a plateau I've been stuck on for a year.I will most likely buy this product again. so i recommend it but with bigger size.Overall Evaluation

I am taking 2 scoops before working out and 3 scoops after and it seems to work. Take on an empty stomach otherwise you'll get the runs. I'm stacking this with Leaukic (pills) for recovery and have already seen instant results. (Posted on 1/5/12)Overall Evaluation
