| Directions of Use | naNO Vapor is extremely powerful, so do yourself a favor. Start off by mixing 1 scoop (1 serving) with 3 to 4 oz. of cold water and downing it about 15 minutes before hitting the weights. Then, grab something heavy. As you develop respect for, and understand the power of naNO Vapor, you can gradually increase the dosage to 2 to 3 scoops (2 to 3 servings) mixed in 8 to 12 oz. of cold water before working out. For maximum results, consume on an empty stomach. Do not exceed 3 scoops (servings) in a 24-hour period. Due to the extreme reactivity of the naNO Vapor formula, made sure the container is stabilized for at least 10 to 15 seconds before opening the lid. Otherwise, nanoparticulated particles invisible to the naked eye may escape the confines of the container. Do not leave the container open for more than 30 seconds. Due to the unbridled power of naNO Vapor, make absolutely certain that you have read the entire label before using naNO Vapor. You must precisely follow the directions provided. Warnings: For men only and not intended for use by persons under 18. Do not use if you have a myocardial infarction (heart attack). May cause flushing and itching. Consult a medical doctor before use if you have been treated for, or diagnosed with, or have a family history of, any medical condition including (but not limited to) cardiovascular, central nervous system, or genito-urinary problems, cold sores, or if you are using any prescription or over the counter medication(s). Inhalation may amplify the inflammatory airway response in people with asthma. One scoop of this product contains about as much caffeine as between one and one and a half cups of coffee. Do not consume with other arginine products or other sources of caffeine (e.g., tea, coffee, or cola beverages). Do not take within 4 hours of consuming other diet or exercise program. Discontinue use and call a medical doctor immediately if you experience irregular heart beat, chest pain, dizziness, headache, nausea, or other similar symptoms. Do not exceed recommended serving. Improper use of this product will not improve results and is not advised. Do not refrigerate. Do not use if imprinted seal under cap is broken. This stuff is a really good product; by far the best NO product that I have tried. It does give a a really good boost of energy and endurance, but it will make you very sick to your stomach if you take too much. I found that really lowering the dose i.e. a half scoop then 3/4 scoop until you get used to it will really thwart the sickness. i just purchased this product and the advertisments/other reviews say that you get so focused that you almost break out into roid rage, however, i did not receive this effect, but i was alot more focused in the gym than i usually am. Okay, first off this stuff will probably get you sick the first few times. I'm starting to get over that after two weeks. But! If you consume this stuff and decide after a few minutes to not work out... Well bad move =P I've done that twice in the past two weeks and it got me very sick for the following hour or so. I mean just a real bad tummyache, but you'll get over it.Overall Evaluation
