Quick Overview

Nutritionists commonly refer to eggs as the "golden standard" for protein quality. Eggs contain all eight essential amino acids (the type that your body cannot make from other substances) and very high levels of total amino acids - especially important sulfur-containing aminos.

  1. Best Protein for Lactose Intolerantants Review by Robert L.
    Overall Evaluation

For all those fellow lactose intolerantants, this is the best protein I have tasted. Despite its odd smell, the vanilla flavor is delicious. I highly recommend you try it! (Posted on 1/5/12)

  2. Fantastic Taste Review by Rao
    Overall Evaluation

    PROS
-The shake really does taste great. I used to choke down protein shakes--no more :)
-Excellent price. You get a good serving of protein (23 or 27 g per scoop) and there's something like 40 scoops in the container.
    -Again the taste--just great.

    CONS
-The ad claims that it is instantized (you can mix it with a spoon). Unfortunately, it takes a good minute or two of heavy duty mixing to get that effect. At first it clumps up, and you have to go at it to unclump it. Even then, there are often little pieces left. The good thing is the taste makes up for it so I've never minded that. 3. Good taste and value Review by Good taste and value
    Overall Evaluation

I am allergic to milk/whey protein, so this is one of the few options for me.
The taste is good, but not something you would seek out as a beverage or desert. I highly recommend a blender bottle for this product. It's a cup with a lid that has a wire ball inside and will help the product mix correctly. Otherwise it will be lumpy and unpleasant.
I will order again. Good product. (Posted on 1/5/12)
