Before taking L-carnitine I was at a five month plateau with my weight loss. I decided to take a leap of faith by supplementing with L-carninine as a fat burner...it worked. I took the Optimum L-Carnitine for two months and I felt amazing; but little did I know just how gr8, until I ran out of it for a couple of days.. It was like running into a wall; my energy level plummeted without it!Overall Evaluation
500 mg of anything else is NOT like 500 mg of the Optimum Nutrition L-Carnitine! I've been in a weight loss; muscle building mode for awhile already; and I've been extremely successful. I am convinced this product enhances the body's ability to turn fat into energy.
