Been using this product for 2 months now with great effect on me. Size? It's not a problem, buy a banana, take a bite, chew it and swallow it together with the tablet,,,as simple as that. After 30 minutes, you're ready to rumble!!! (Posted on 2/27/13)

So, many people, myself included, complained about how HUGE these pills are when they first receive them.
However, there is a simple method to overcoming this problem:

1) Buy the TABLETS. Not the fishgels, and not the capsules. The TABLETS.
2) The Tablets are relatively easy to cut in half with your bare hands
3) CHEW each piece WITH FOOD! These pills are extremely easy to chew, almost as though they were made with that intention. If you can stomach the extremely bland taste, then by all means, chew it without food; but when done with food, you can't even taste it.

I have been taking this product for almost two weeks and it has made a big difference for me. I do 400- 500 push ups every other day and 400 sit-ups on the alternate plus I work 50+ hours a week, doing medium duty physical work and it helped me get thru a 12 hour work day no problem. Yeah, the pills are a tad large, but nothing I couldn't handle. (Posted on 1/8/12)

As for the product itself, amino acids are great immune boosters as well as muscle builders. The great thing about the pill, is that there is no protein to break down, so you get the amino acids directly to your system faster. It's great for long hikes or runs where you want to replenish your system ASAP while not consuming food. You can also grind the pills into a dust and mix in your water bottles/hydration packs. There are a lot of negative reviews about the size. Can't say the same. They go down easy for me. I don't take protein shakes; I prefer to eat my protein (beans, meat, dairy, etc). But these pills ensure that my amino levels are high during a workout and through the day. I take one before and mid way through a workout, and with meals. Never had any issues with swallowing them.
