Directions of Use

TOLERANCE: As a dietary supplement, begin by consuming 1 scoop of N.O.-XPLODE mixed with 5-6 oz of cold water. Vary the amount of water to achieve your desired flavor and sweetness level. Wait 30 minutes to access your tolerance. If appropriate, after 30 minutes, consume an additional 1 scoop mixed with 5-6 oz of cold water and access your tolerance again.

RECOMMENDED USE ON TRAINING DAYS: Once your tolerance has been assessed, mix 1-3 scoops with 5-18 oz. of cold water and consume 30-45 minutes before training. Use approximately 5-6 oz of water per 1 scoop of powder. Again, vary the amount of water to achieve your desired flavor and sweetness level. To achieve maximum results, take on an empty stomach (i.e. at least 2 hours after a meal or 1 hour after drinking a protein shake).

NON-TRAINING DAYS: Mix 1 scoop with 5-6 oz. of cold water and consume on an empty stomach.

Warnings:

N.O.-XPLODE is an extreme energy & performance igniter. Use caution when using with any other caffeinated products or if you are caffeine-sensitive. Always begin use with 1 scoop or less and access your tolerance. It is not recommended that you consume more than 3 scoops per day. To avoid sleeplessness, do not consume within 4 hours of bedtime.

    I've been using NO-xplode for about a month or so now. It really gives me a great boost in the gym. I've always been motivated when I work out, but now I'm more focused, and don't want to leave! I use about 1 1/2 scoops, I could use 2 but I don't want to go through a tub every 3 weeks. Just don't take your no-xplode within 5 hours of going to sleep or you may experience insomnia. Grape is the only flavor I tried, and I love it. I drink it on the way to the gym and I look forward to it every workout. (Posted on 1/31/12)

    It really keeps you focused on your workout and increases your intensity level. I can pump out more push ups and pull ups than before I started taking it and it keeps you going strong through the entire workout. It doesn't make you jittery or upset your stomach which is also a plus. If you want to have an intense workout and be able push yourself beyond your normal stopping threshold, look no further.     The first time I encountered NO-Xplode was in a GNC when I was looking at all the new supplements that had sprung up while I was busy getting out of shape. I'd read nothing about it, and asked the clerk what it was. He looked me up and down and said, "Don't take it unless you're serious, man."

    First: pay attention to the timing of the usage, 2 hours after meals and wait for the powder to fully dissolve and settle, it's a little carbonated and ignoring either of these conditions can cause some stomach problems. But it is the best pre-workout supplement I have ever tried, and I keep coming back to it. 3 months on, one off. It's worth the money, I call it my "Popeye Juice." Instant pump, great workouts, added stamina, and by golly, increased strength. I haven't tried the other flavors, but the fruit punch is very tasty, kind of like a sweet-tart. Non-hormonal, creatine enhanced, so drink lots of water while using it. I'm a fan. (Posted on 1/31/12)

    The stuff can seem somewhat pricy (specially on a college budget) but it's well worth it. The taste isn't much to talk about; you're better of just holding your nose and chugging it at once. Then again, weightlifters don't eat supplements for taste do they? I have a huge energy problem, I lack it a lot. Between class and work, I'm usually drained at the end of the day, but this stuff helps me get into the gym and hit it hard. This isn't to say that it won't requre motivation on your part, but it sure helps.

    During the workout, you may notice an increase in your pump. My muscles felt so tight and big, that I just wanted to lift more and more. By the time I was done, I went to the lockeroom to change and saw a monster in the mirror. I've had great pumps before, but this was insane! It didn't even look like me at all; it felt great. I've been using it for 2 months now and I don't train a day without it. Highly, highly recommended. (Posted on 1/31/12)

    The thing they don't say in the ad is there is a bunch of caffeine and other stimulants in this stuff. It does give me energy, and I get a nice focus and drive while lifting, but I haven't noticed any other benefits yet.     Haha.. cheesy title.. but it really is quite a product.

    I have been using NO-Xplode by BSN for months now. Along with my iPod it has been one of the main factors in me losing over 55 lbs and at least 30 of that was pure fat! Do the research people.. you will find that the fat burning qualities of this product aren't the only benefit. The 'pump' you get is only the beginning. The blend that is within the product allows for sustained workout times, faster recovery and healing of worked outmuscles, higher reps for weight training and even longer cardio sessions.. if you are doing that.. and you always should be.

    I review supplements based on my personal usage, never by "hear-say" or any rumors about a product. I was very, very skeptical about n o xplode for years, based on what I heard from other people.

    I was extremely impressed with the effects this product had on my body. First off, I literally felt a surge of energy 10 minutes after taking it. I was more focused and pumped in the gym that I had ever been, literally. I drank plenty of water so I didn't incur any sort of headaches, and I also didn't experience any irregular heart patterns. My vascularity was also more noticeable. I truly have nothing negative to say about this supplement. I also take a multivitamin, whey protein, and follow a relatively clean diet. (Posted on 1/31/12)

    My work schedule recently forced me to start exercising in the morning rather than evening. I was dragging at my 5 AM workouts, but now I put down two scoops of this about 1/2 hour before my workout and I get extremely focused and ready to go.     I used to work out all through out high school without the use of supplements. I stopped working out a month before I left for basic training and started reducing in strenght and endurance. Recently here on my deployment some friends got me to try this stuff.
    Works great for a pre workout boost, and a muscle pump. Truthfully though, you don't really get bigger after the first workout. The pump makes your muscles fill with blood causing you to swell up as you work. This provides nutrients and oxygen to your muscles lessening fatique, and increasing energy. Stacked with HMB pills, BSN Cell Mass and Protein supplements I was able to gain 10 llbs in 3 weeks.

    Its not a mirracle drug that makes you just increase overnight. You have to put in the effort to allow this to work. Creatine is a natturally occuring chemical, and this is just a higher (non water retentative) dose of it. You'll increase size, firmness, and endurance with proper exercise and the use of this product. Definately worth the money. (Posted on 1/31/12)

    If you get tired during the work-out and are looking for a supplement that keeps you focused and provides enough energy to get you through then it is a great stuff. And Fruit Punch tastes pretty good too. But then its goodness is limited to just that. I didn't feel any difference in my strength etc. It doesn't give you any burst of power but a steady dose of energy so its effect is more apparent towards the end of your workout session. When I realized this, I started using it judiciously and not everyday (including non-training days!) as the recommendation on it reads. I take it on days I'm training large muscle groups like legs and back to help me finish a relatively longer workout with many compound exercises.

    I started taking NO-Xplode last week and have used it for 5 workouts now. The first day I got away with just one scoop, but had to up my dosage to 2 scoops for the following workouts. I have a pretty high tolerance for caffeine, so I didn't think this product would affect me at all, but the reviews I read were so convincing- I decided to give it a try. So far, I really like it and wonder what took me so long to start. I considered getting it a few months ago because a client of mine kept raving about it, but I chalked his enthusiasm up to being simply "pumped up" on caffeine.     I've been using this stuff for a few years and simply love it. My only concerns are that it doesn't fully disclose what is in it. Also, I find it very difficult to get motivated without it, which is good and bad. One other thing is the taste.........most supplements taste awful - this stuff is great, every single flavor.     For anyone new to pre-workout supplements, be aware, most contain a lot of caffeine and taking in too much caffeine can cause bowel issues, and it can also keep you up at night...Start off slowly, since we all react differently. I suggest trying 1/2 scoop and then going up from there. I am 200+ pounds and 1-2 scoops is enough for me. I have a few friends who felt sick on one scoop. (Posted on 1/5/12)
