- This is my favorite pre workout supplement! I only need about 75% of the recommended serving size for it to do its job. No jitters or tingly feeling. For me it actually starts working in as little as 15 minutes. Gives me great focus and long lasting energy.

- I gave this 5 stars, not because it is the best, but between the amount of servings, caffeine and creatine, you really can't go wrong. I made and emergency run to the store, where they charge more than double for all supplements, but I ran out of preworkout, and with my schedule, it is a must, and I refuse to skip a day. The price can't be beat, I don't necessarily have to take my creatine when I use this, and it tastes pretty good actually. Everyone is different when it comes to preworkouts, so I don't really go by reviews. I don't feel anything with C4 at all, yet people seeem to love it. If you want to spend the money, go to your local Vitamin World, and drop 60 bucks (60 servings though), on Haymaker. If your out of preworkout and a little short on cash, go to Walmart and grab this stuff. It works just fine.
