Read the label, for a man who is past his youth, it does what it says, It's complete, both with boosting male hormone levels while suppressing the counter bounce back affect of female hormones. it has liver support and is an all natural product made by the great folks at Universal/Animal. I used 2 bottles of Animal Stak (3 weeks on, 1 week off, 3 weeks on). It kicked in about the second week (maybe by the 9th or 10th day) when I noticed my skin was starting to get a little more oily, my overall reps in the gym were increasing a bit, and I had an uplifted, "Alpha male" feeling. First, this is a product that is supposed to help with strength and mass building. It is not Pump and doesn't give you an energy boost like Pump does when you're working out because that isn't its purpose.It did however, help me get results fast (increased muscle mass)in a month after putting on weight from an injury. It also helped me increase my strength. During this time I ate a fairly clean high protein diet and did 30 mins of cardio about 3-4 days a week.
