Overall Evaluation I decided to try Elite Mass because it had no sugar and double the protein. It is much easier to achieve your protein goal during the day vs SMG. The taste is bearable but not good, compared to SMG (has sugar tho). I have problems getting my calorie needs, so I normally take this for breakfast, and after my workout. That puts me at over 100g protein a day easily (with milk). I might buy this again but I really have no problem achieving my protein goals with SMG, which tastes better. (Posted on 1/5/12)

Overall Evaluation This is my 4th box of this product. I think it's great, very drinkable. I have gained about 15 pounds total while taking it. You have to keep eating, it's not going to do all the work for you. It just adds 600 calories per drink, so I have 2 or 3 a day. It also has creatine, glutamine, BCAA, and the needed fats. It has very little lactose in it so it doesn't bloat very much. Very excellent gainer in my opinion. I really like the Dymatize products but this is one of the best. (Posted on 1/5/12)
