Overall Evaluation Great Product. I used this to supplment my cycle along with whey. I took it with breakfast and right before bed and it did wonders for me. It help me stay full during the longer periods of rest and work. The taste is great, not very thick and easy to drink. Not like some other gainers or the old gnc stuff. Def reccomend to all as a great way to add calories to your diet.

Overall Evaluation I was stoke to find this so cheap, but after my first drink (1 half a serving size) I couldn't stand the amount of sugar in it. It has twice as much per serving as something like Serious Mass. (Posted on 1/5/12)
