Papiri is our first "Limited Edition" and a very special pasta shape, exclusively developed by the Italian designer Walter de Silva.
Due to its particularly rough surface and the rolled shape, which is reminiscent of a scroll, it absorbs sauces perfectly and thus offers an incomparable taste experience.

Directions Of Use
How to cook?
Cooking time: 9 mins
- 100g pasta
- 1 Liter water per 100 g of pasta
- 7g salt
Put the pasta in boiling water, stir the pasta, add a pinch of salt to the water, , leave it in the boiling water for 5 minutes, then serve.
