Delicious meal plan to balance your nutrition

Are you on a diet? Do you get the nutritional satisfaction from your diet that you believe will satisfy your needs? A lot of people are on diets today, but not all of the diets are as nutritionally satisfying as they should.  Being an athlete, working hard each and every day on your training schedule can be pretty hectic. By the time you are through with the training schedules you can be so tired and so famished that you need nothing but a meal that will make you feel so satisfied and nourished. Thousands of young and talented individuals applied and so many were determined to make it. When the list of semifinalists was announced, Samantha Leete was the pick of the voters and she made it to the finals during the Los Angeles Fit Expo 2013. She eventually beat all odds and won the title, becoming the BodySpace Spokesmodel.

When interviewed, Samantha was very straightforward with the secret behind her amazingly toned body. Indeed she worked hard enough at the gym every other day. She lifted weights and worked around a lot of the other gym regimes, but the most important thing to her was her nutrition, her diet. She insisted that without the perfect nutritional plan, she never would have made it so far. She even went as far as sharing her 7 day diet plan through which she has been able to achieve so much success.

Just like any other normal person Samantha has a desk job which ties her down from 7 in the morning to 4 o’clock in the evening. Because of this and to manage her time properly, there are some meals that are repeated throughout her diet, though she can vary them from one week to the other. Besides, drinking up to one gallon of water each day up to the time she leaves work for home at 4 pm is quite a good step in the right direction because she does not get to wake up at night to drink water, but enjoys her peaceful sleep.

It does not hurt to treat yourself every once in a while to something sweet, just make sure that you do not make it a bad habit that you will find so hard to drop. In the event that she wakes up late and does not have enough time to prepare breakfast, Greek yogurt comes in handy since it is easy to go and you can have it ready in a short while. Besides, if you are in a hurry, you can always take your breakfast to go.

Most of her breakfasts are made up of egg whites, oatmeal, bananas, peanut butter and coffee. For lunch, flank steak, corn tortillas and onions, cilantro and green beans. In the evening some of the foods she preferred included sliced turkey, avocado, pickled jalapenos and mashed sweet potatoes. Just like anyone else would advise, make sure that you have enough water to drink all the time.
