Directions For Natural Series Organic Protein: Mix one serving (2 scoops) of MusclePharm® Organic Protein with 8-12 fl. oz. of cold water. Vary the amount of water to achieve desired consistency and taste. Use in combination with whole food protein sources, a balanced diet, and exercise program.

By: Noor on 01 October 2018: It take a very long time for this product to desolve i usally have so much unused in the bottle plus you can take the powder with drinking if that makes sense. However i do appreciate that they are trying to make a better protien but at the same time its alot more pricey and i expected more.
