Each serving of DYMATIZE PRE W.O delivers 8 gm of Citrulline to support blood flow to the muscle under training, and support energy production, while a 3.2 gm of Carnosyn is added for doubled performance and long endurance, by increasing the time needed for the muscle to get exhausted. What a scoop of DYMATIZE PRE W.O can also provide you with is 125 mg of Teacrine to maximize your energy.
All the advantages of the pre-workout DYMATIZE PRE W.O are delivered to you with only 15 calories per serving, in 4 mouth-watering flavors: Chilled Fruit Fusion, Handspun Cotton Candy, Pineapple Orange Crush, and Sweet Cherry Lime.

Add 1 scoop (provided) of powder to 12 fl. Oz. (360 mL) of water.
Shake until dissolved. Consume 15-30 minutes prior to workouts.
Begin with ½ serving (1/2 scoop) to assess tolerance.
