How do you make Fullgreen's easy and nutritious Riced Cauliflower even more super? Easy, you fill it with TWO 'superfoods': broccoli AND cauliflower.

Fullgreen’s ready-to-eat Riced Broccoli with Cauliflower is naturally lower in calories and has 89% fewer carbs than white rice. Broccoli provides subtle flavor plus a host of vitamins, minerals and folic acid to your favorite riced cauliflower. Each pouch is filled with antioxidant-rich, Non-GMO vegetables and nothing else: no preservatives, no additives and no salt. We don't dry or freeze our veg, like other brands do. We just wash it, chop it and steam it.
As well as being a great low-carb rice-alternative, our Broccoli Rice with Cauliflower works perfectly in a grain-free 'couscous' salad, or even as the base for veggie burgers.

Directions Of Use

Sauté in a non-stick skillet, over a medium heat. There’s no need for oil. Stir gently, until heated through. Season and serve like rice.

Or:
For best results, microwave Vegi Rice in an uncovered bowl. Heat for 2 minutes at 1000 watts (less if your microwave is more powerful). Season and serve like rice.

Or:
Vegi Rice needs no cooking. Use it straight from the pouch. It’s great in grain-free salads, in place of quinoa. Drain moisture prior to use.
