At Sporter, we are dedicated to offering you top-quality products and an exceptional shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we fully support our refund policy and will ensure a straightforward and efficient resolution.

 

Refund Policy:

 

At Sporter.com, we guarantee that all products are original, authentic, and of the highest quality, with at least one month remaining until their expiry date. If you encounter any unforeseen issues with your order, please contact us, and we will be happy to process a refund.

 

1- Eligibility Criteria

 

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

- All items are quality checked before dispatching; however faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving.

- Provide us with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and attach relevant photos of the products or packaging

 

2- Refund Terms:

 

- For online paid orders, the paid value will be refunded to the same account/card used for the transaction.

- Monetary refunds on Cash-on-Delivery (COD) purchases are not allowed. COD orders can only be refunded as store credit, which can be used for future purchases*.

*Any future purchases will be subject to the same COD/shipping fees and procedures if applicable. 

- Delivery and COD fees applied cannot be refunded. However, the paid Value Added Tax (VAT) fees will be refunded when the product is returned.

- Refunds in store credit can be processed once the item is returned to our facility, and the credit will appear in the customer’s account within 24 hours.

- Credit card refunds can be processed once the item is returned to our facility, but it might take up to 14 days for the refund to show up on the credit card statement, depending on your bank’s policy.

- For PayPal payment, refund fees will be applied as per PayPal’s policy.
