About This Product
Pure crystalline form of L-glutamine in practical capsules. One of the most frequently occurring amino acids in the skeletal muscles, L-glutamine supplements amino acids and supports the formation and protection of muscle mass.

Directions Of Use
Training days: take 3 capsules immediately after training. Non-training days: take 3 capsules at bedtime. The maximum daily dose is 3 capsules. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Does not replace a varied diet. Not intended for children, pregnant and nursing women. Keep out of reach of children!
