I think it contain a lot of things you do not need to buy any more Like Bcca , Gultamine and L cratine . And the taste really Good , just for your Info. Chocolate got 0.5 fat , and the Pic here is old and 5 Lb contain 78 serving (31g per serve) . it not expensive for what it contain just compare it with the Optimum Gold Standard 100% Wheyand you will know what i mean .FYI it dissolve so fast no need for mush water .
