ELIT Gainer is specifically designed for anyone who wants to gain high quality muscle mass and maximize recovery. Directions Of Use
Fill shaker with 350ml water or low-fat milk, add 4 scoops of powder and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Fill with 200 ml of liquid and shake again until the powder dissolves.
Alternatively, divide the drink in two portions over the day, 2 scoops 2 times per day in 3-4 ounces of water or milk.
