Directions Of Use
Take a single pack daily for 21 straight days. On training days, take it 30-45 minutes before lifting. On non-training days, take it prior to bed. For best results, "cycle" this product following a schedule of three weeks on and one week off. باختصار طريقة عمل الدوا هذا انه يحفز الجسم لصناعة التيستيرون ويمنع تكسيره في الجسم ويبقى اطول مده ممكنه,مما يساعد الجسم على حمل اثقال واعطاء طاقه اكبر .لكن لابد انه الجسم يحس انه الهرمون ده نقص عشان يصنع غيره وبالتالي تحافظ على نشاط الخصيه المسؤوله عن تصنيعه ولذلك يجب اعطاع مده لاتقل عن اسبوع تتوقف منها عن اخذه ,عن نفسي اوقف اسبوعين
ملحوظة: الحبة الحمراء عبارة عن كافيين بامكانك ما تاخدها لو واجهتك صعوبه في النوم
