Conjugated Linoleic Acid
CLA stands for Conjugated Linoleic Acid and it groups together several fatty acids, encountered in scarce amounts in animal products, such as red meat, eggs or dairy products. They are packed in softgel ON CLA capsules and one serving of Clarinol brand CLA provides not only 750mg of CLA, but also active isomers at a value of 700mg.

- I like this CLA product more than the MusclePharm CLA Core. This is a great product for fat loss. Don't expect overnight results, but it is great for the long run.

- This is a great supplement IF you take it before your meals. Helps to stop the absorption of fats in foods, which can be helpful if you dont follow a strict diet or are looking to shred up a bit. Good bang for the buck and good price overall. HD shipped to me in 3 days, trust.
