Customs Information
-10% Sales tax will be applied to your order value at checkout. No further payments are required at the time of delivery.
Shipping
- All Sporter orders are shipped out from our UAE warehouse to your country by Air Freight.
- A fixed shipping fee of JOD 15 will be applied to any order, regardless of the order value or weight.
- Customers can't place more than one item of the same kind (Same flavour and size)
- Maximum order value shall not exceed JOD 120 per order.
- By the Jordan Customs Authority's new rules, Extra customs and duties applied to a customer who exceeds the annual online purchase limit of JOD 500/year should be borne by the customer.
- The Estimated Delivery window provided by Sporter is 5 business days. However, some orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit time caused by air freight delay, Customs hold, or any other unforeseen complications outside of Sporter’s control.
