Q: How can I place an order?

- To be able to view your order history in the future, you may create an account through the following link although you can still enjoy the same shopping experience when you checkout as a guest:

- Open the page of the product you need, choose the needed flavor and size then go to the cart page. (You can search for the products you need by typing their name in the search bar at the top of the page or browsing the taps on the home page and choosing the needed brand/product).

- Once you are on the cart page, review your order and proceed to checkout.

- Fill in the “Shipping Information” your full address information, choose the shipping method, and payment method, fill in the needed information, and click on place order.

Q: Can I remove, add, or change items in my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, no we cannot modify any order after being placed. However, you may contact us to cancel your order so you can place a new one.

Q: I received my order with missing/damaged items, what can I do?

Q: Does Sporter.com have any stores or showrooms?

All of our stores are located in the UAE. We have a shop in Marina Mall, 1st floor, Abu Dhabi, and our branch in Dubai (Al Quoz) inside Binous Gym. You can place your order to Jordan directly on our website and you will receive it within 5 business days.

Q: Is there any cart/order quantity limitation?

You may place your order with a maximum value of JOD 120, and only one of the same item in the order.
