A high content of protein (48% protein in the powder) from different protein fractions. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
Extremely easy to prepare delicious HI PROTEIN BROWNIE muffins can be served hot or cold as a dessert or combined with some extras in any way.
Directions Of Use
1 portion (50 g = 1½ scoops) mix with 80 ml of water until obtaining a homogeneous consistency. Place the dough prepared in such a way in moulds to bake muffins up to ¾ mould height (1 portion = 3 muffins). Bake for approx. 8-10 minutes (or until a dry toothpick) at 170-180°C. Baking time and temperature depend on the moulds you use (paper, silicone, metal) and properties of your oven. Cool after taking out from the oven.
