How do I start a subscription?
Select "Subscribe & Save" on the product page. Select the quantity and schedule that works for you.
In advance of each delivery, we will send you a reminder email showing the item price and any applicable discount for your upcoming delivery. The price of the item may decrease or increase from delivery to delivery, depending on the Sporter.com price of the item at the time we process your order.
How to skip my next delivery?
- Go to My Account
- Go to Subscribe & Save
- Click on the Skip button, next to the subscription product you want to skip.
- Click Confirm.
How to change My Subscribe & Save delivery schedule or quantity?
While direct subscription updates aren't possible, adjusting your delivery schedule and quantity is straightforward. Simply cancel your existing subscription and create a new one with your preferred delivery frequency.
Why did the price of my item change?
Product prices may vary due to changes in supplier costs, market conditions, or promotions ending.
While the Subscribe & Save program offers consistent convenience, the final price is based on the product’s cost at the time of each shipment.
We always aim to offer competitive pricing and will notify you before each delivery so you can review the order.
How do I change the Subscribe & Save payment method?
Currently, the Subscribe & Save program only supports credit card payments. If you need to change your payment method, please cancel your existing subscription and then create a new one using your preferred credit card details.
What are the eligible products for this program?
A wide range of Sporter Signature products are eligible for Subscribe & Save, including the special Sporter Bundles & Stacks. Look for the "Subscribe & Save" option on the product page to confirm eligibility. You can review all the items that are eligible for this program here.
How can I cancel my subscription, and is there any fee?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to your account, opening the “Subscribe & Save” section, and selecting “Cancel” next to your subscription. Please note that a cancellation fee of 20 AED (or the equivalent) will apply.
