Directions Of Use
Mix 1 scoop (30g) to 300ml of water or milk in an Applied Nutrition shaker any time of the day to increase your daily protein intake.
Beef-XP can also be mixed with cereal, porridge, used in baking and in many other recipes to add flavour and increase lactose free protein.

doesn't make you feel bloated like standard protein shakes, easy to mix and can be as refreshing as a drink during your workout or while having a meal.
only downside is that it's too sweet.
will order again for more testing and hopefully Sporter adds more flavors
