BPI Sports' BEST BCAA™ is the first to bond the three branched chain amino acids - leucine, isoleucine and valine - utilizing a proprietary process route, to form oligiopeptides (a bonded chain of amino acids; for example, a peptide linked chain). The oligiopeptide-based branched chain amino acids may act as a better transport vehicle, allowing for more efficient metabolization, greater bio-activity, enhanced onset time, and a generally improved BCAA model. Directions Of Use
Take one (1) serving (1 scoop) blended into 8oz of ice cold water, either before, during, or after workout, or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner. On non-training days, take one (1) serving (1 scoop) first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach, or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner.

I love this brand of BCAA! My muscle fatigue and soreness drastically decreases so I can get it in at the gym every day. Plus it's super yummy. I sometimes add it too a fruit smoothie after a workout. It has a great flavor and it does its job very well. But I weighed it out on my food scale and you do get all of the product you pay for. This product lasts me months because you don't need a huge scoop. I will be trying more flavors soon. Thank you SPORTER!!

it has really good taste and some people say that very sweet which is good in my opinion and you can use it during workout where you cannot take capsule while working out

It is a very sweet product so my question is the maltodextrin, artificial flavours and sucralose worth the "taste". I feel it is way to sweet for it to be good for us if you are trying to burn fat off.
