I've been taking them for over a month now and I can tell they really help speed up my recovery time after hitting a muscle group so that I don't have to wait as long to train again! I'm not really a person who minds taking pills at all, the serving size is 3 pills but they're really not that big! Resembles a fish oil in size if you ask me. But overall quality & delivery of results is above par

You can't beat the price, 300 tablets will last you about a 100 days give or take if taken once a day. I was looking for an amino acid supplement with a good profile of aminos. This has everything you need and more, Ive noticed great strength gains and a decrease in recovery time. I take it twice a day
