Directions Of Use
Mix 1 serving (5 scoops) with 16 oz. (470 mL) of water or skim milk and consume either in the morning, between meals or post-workout. If preferred, you can consume 1/2 serving twice daily. Read the entire label before use and follow directions provided.

I was 5'8'' and never weighed above 54 kgs. I used this product for 10 days now and have measured 57 kg with empty stomach after workout. I use the product only two scoops (normal prescription 5 scoops) with double cream milk and 1 tablespoon of olive oil, peanut butter and nutella each. I am using a lot of nuts and focusing on liquid calories with heavy breakfast and dinner.

I used MuscleTech massTech ones, it's a good weight gainer that helps you to build some lean muscle with minimum fat if combined with good diet, and the I am not big fan of Vanilla flavor; however this Vanilla tasted really good.
